On the Savvy, Soulful & Successful Radio Show with Host Rebecca Massoud, Sara shares common challenges entrepreneurs face and uses the Fab 4 Formula to address these. Learn the 4 things you must have for a breakthrough to more money, impact, and fun!

Most entrepreneurs crave the freedom to run their own business and ultimately ditch their 9-5 work schedule. Many women, including founder and CEO of Fab Fempreneurs, Sara Clark-Williams, took that leap out of the corporate world and embraced the freedom of being a full time entrepreneur. Sara felt that she wasn’t thriving in her unfulfilling day job and wasn’t making that IMPACT that most of us strive for. Sara eventually left her corporate career and pursued one-on-one coaching with her first company, Launch Your Life, which focused on personal development. After a few years, she found her clients were inquiring about their business direction and goals rather than personal ones. This lead to her to launch Fab Fempreneurs, which supports women entrepreneurs in growing their businesses to make more money and feel more fulfilled. While growing her business, Sara created her signature business program, which is founded in the Fab 4 Formula.

The Fab 4 Formula is used to simplify the process of growing your business.  The formula is a visual tool and assessment for you to evaluate your business and support you.

Key Takeaways:

The Fab 4 Formula: Head, Heart, Habits & Hub

Head: Get your head in the game by taking the time to understand your vision going forward, set goals that align with this vision and finally make a business plan.  Set time aside time to work on your business vision. At Fab Fempreneur Fest, happening September 27th and 28th, you will have the opportunity to work on your vision for your business. What do you want to share with the world? What is your mission? Sara will be pulling actionable tips from her signature program and coaching from the stage both days of the Fest.

Heart:  The heart is the passion that drives your business. After you have identified what direction you want to go with your business,  your heart will be the center of why you started and why you keep going. No matter what stage you are in your business, you can always go back to your heart, which is your core “why”? Experience that passion shining through your vision and create business goals that matter.

Habits: Make your habits work for you.  HABITS are a part of daily life. Your habits that you have will either ignite or diminish your business goals. What you do each day or repeatedly are all considered habits. You have to ask yourself “what are the things that are helping me rather than hindering my vision. What things are bringing me closer to my goals?” Start small by having a solid morning and night routine.

Hub: The people and places you surround yourself with will have a huge impact on the direction of your business. Who is supporting you with your goals? Your TRIBE is your support system. Find a business bestie with whom you can mastermind and bounce off business ideas. We THRIVE together. If you don’t have that support system, the Fab Fempreneurs community is the right place for you, especially if you are attending Fab Fempreneur Fest. You will have the opportunity to connect with a supportive HUB and even meet your next client!
