193-240 Points: You are so close to being in your sweet spot if aren’t already there! If you are closer to the lower end of the scoring range, pick one domain where you scored lowest and pick a couple of items (questions) to focus on. Make it a point this month to improve in that domain! Then check back at the end of each week of the month to see how you’re doing and what indicators suggest that you’re getting closer to your sweet spot. If you are toward the higher end of the range, you may need to simply acknowledge all 4 areas more clearly in your future planning to feel more in charge and focused. You might also push yourself even more by choosing a domain to strengthen that would support you in taking your business to the next level.
-
144-192 Points: You are taking many fab steps in multiple domains of the Fab 4 Framework, but you may be a little weak in one or two. You are at the best position to see and feel the biggest difference by making some intentional adjustments. It will take focus and effort, but if you’re still on board with growing your business and feeling passionate about what you do, you CAN do it! Choose what your next steps need to be in order to get to feeling more focused, fulfilled and financially successful: Creating a plan? Outsourcing admin work? Visiting a professional you’ve been hearing great things about? Hiring a coach to support and guide you? Reconnecting with why you started your business in the first place? Decide what is resonating most with you and needs your attention most and go for it!
-
97-143 Points: You may be new to being an entrepreneur or business owner and have many things to get in place. The good news is that you are now more aware of how you can purposefully find your sweet spot! As you are growing your new business you will want to consider the role of all four domains. OR, if you have been in business for a while and are struggling, your assessment results can reveal possible reasons. So, take a look back at the questions in each of the four domains to better understand the types of things to pay attention to in each. The best step for either scenario is to put together a game plan. You must clarify what you will do to get things going. If you’re stuck, that’s where a coach can really help.
-
48-96 Points: If you scored in this range, I wonder if you’re really doing your business as a hobby? Or perhaps you’ve lost the mojo to make your business much of a priority at all. If you truly are interested in growing your business, you may want to re-examine why you started your business in the first place, and get clear about whether that still is relevant for you. If not, it may be time to move on or re-energize your business with a new understanding or refreshed reasons for being in business. Start there, and if you want still want to grow your business, follow the advice in the section above.
