2. Learn to say no If you can’t say no, learn to compromise. Pick and choose what we say yes to so you can be healthier.

3. Share the work Delegate, hire, barter, or/and collaborate. Working with other women to achieve an important goal can be very empowering.

4. Compare and despair: believe in yourself not everything you hear. Come up with a positive affirmation.

5. Stop worrying and be in the moment. Stop worrying about the “what-if”.
